We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. Website as a Service (WAAS)

Websites provided under subscription plans are hosted and maintained by Phase Marketing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Websites remain the intellectual property of Phase Marketing.

Clients are granted usage rights while their subscription is active.

Upon cancellation or non-payment, hosting and associated services may be suspended or terminated.

Custom buyout options must be agreed upon separately in writing.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

Payments are due on the agreed billing date.

Failure to pay may result in service interruption or termination.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in immediate service suspension.

4. Advertising Services Disclaimer

Phase Marketing does not guarantee specific revenue results, lead volume, or return on investment.

Advertising performance depends on factors including:

Market conditions

Competition

Offer quality

Ad spend

Customer response behavior

Clients acknowledge that paid advertising carries inherent risk.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Maintain compliance within their industry

Respond to leads in a timely manner

Approve ad creatives and strategies when required

Failure to respond to leads or cooperate may negatively affect performance, for which Phase Marketing is not responsible.
